Potatoes with Bacon and Onions

  • 450g old potatoes
  • 25g butter
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 300 ml chicken or meat stock
  • Salt and pepper.


Dice the bacon.

Peel and slice the onions.

Melt the butter in the open pan and fry the bacon and onion. Peel and quarter the potatoes.

Add the potatoes, salt and pepper to the pan.

Pour in stock.

Use pressure level 1.

close the lid and bring to full pressure.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Turn the pressure selector to the steam release position or place the cooker under cold running water.

Drain and serve.
