  • 300 g mangetout
  • 600 g cubed pork (tenderloin)
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp cornflour blended in 150 ml cream
  • Oil, salt and pepper


Fill the pressure cooker with water. Place the mangetout in the basket, put the basket into the pressure cooker, close the lid and cook for 2 min.

Open, check that the mangetout are just cooked, then empty and dry the pressure cooker.

Heat 4 tbsp of olive oil in the pressure cooker and brown the pork for 2 min. Add the cumin and raisins. Pour in the stock, close the pressure cooker and cook for 7 min.

Open the pressure cooker, stir in the cornflour/cream mixture. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Then add the mangetout and simmer for 2 min. Serve.
