Peel the potatoes and carrots.
Slice the carrots and courgettes into 5 mm thick slices.
Cut the potato in 2.5 cm cubes.
Place all the vegetables in the basket and mix together. Season.
Place the trivet in the base of the cooker and add 750 ml boiling water.
Use pressure level 2.
close the lid and bring to full pressure.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Turn the pressure selector to the steam release position or place the cooker under cold running water.
