12-Inch nonstick die cast aluminum bowl

Balanced Living Wok has a 12-inch nonstick die cast aluminum bowl which allows you to stir fry, brown, or saute. This wok also gives you the ability to steam as it has a large 5-quart stackable stainless steel steamer. The temperature dial is adjustable to between 374-392 degrees which is also removable. It has large handles for easy handling and has 1650 watts of power. The glass lid is tempered.

How to avoid scratches?

Don't cut any of the food whilst it is on the appliance. Only use wooden, plastic or non-stick utensils. Never use metal utensils as they can damage the non-stick coating of your appliance.
