  • 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Shape into 4 patties, 8-10cm inch thick.

Preheat the pan.

Place patties on the pan.

Raise heat to medium-high and cook 8 to 12 minutes, or until desired doneness, turning once.

Serve burgers on a soft roll with your toppings of choice.
