  • 4 boneless pork steaks
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 75g grated fresh Parmesan cheese.


Trim the pork steaks to an even shape.

Mix the flour with the seasoning and sugar.

Coat the pork steaks in the seasoned flour.

Dip into the beaten egg and coat evenly in the Parmesan cheese.

Deep fry for 7 to 8 minutes.

Drain and serve with fresh tomato sauce.
