Boiled Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 piece of white leek 5 cm long
- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- Half an onion
- Half a bay leaf
- Thyme
- Sprig of parsley
- Salt and pepper
 

Boil the vegetables in a litre of salt water.


Strain them and put them in the jug equipped with the knife.


Mix for a few seconds to reduce them to a puree.


Then add the broth through the funnel of the lid and mix for 30 seconds to one minute according to the desired smoothness of the soup.
