Put the water and steam bowl in the appliance.
Peel the potatoes and cut into 40-50 g size pieces.
Place the potatoes in the steam bowl.
Lightly season the potatoes with salt.
Cover with the lid and switch on.
Cook for about 25 minutes, the time will vary according to the size of the pieces and type of potatoes.
Manually switch over to "keep warm".
